a7408e5124 ARM: Use the shifter operand to merge in previous shift instructions.
When possible, we transform sequences of code of the form
    lsl r1, r2, #imm
    add r0, r5, r1
into
    add r0, r5, r2 LSL #imm

This is an adaptation of r21161.

23fc5b75a8 Fixed flooring division by a power of 2, once again...
Avoid right shifts by zero bits: On ARM it actually means shifting by
32 bits (correctness issue) and on other platforms they are useless
(performance issue). This is fix for the fix in r20544.

Use a cheaper RecordWriteForMap() to update the
write barrier for maps. And skip the value check
in RecordWriteField() when we statically know that
the value is in new space (and therefore has "pointers

b09989ec58 Refactor transitioning stores.
There's actually no need to have the transition as part of the HStoreNamedField instruction. In fact, it is cleaner and faster to generate a separate HStoreNamedField for the transition map. This will also help to eliminate map stores with store elimination, as well as reduce register pressure for transitioning stores on ia32.

ecadc63b60 Partial revert of "Next bunch of fixes for check elimination".
This reverts the part of r21154 that introduced the CHECK()s to verify
state of objects with stable maps during code generation. The CHECK()s
seem to trigger a non-critical hidden bug in the map stability
mechanism. We will re-add these CHECK()s once the bug is found and
fixed.

dd30db9021 CodeStubs contain their corresponding Isolate* now. (part 1)
This is a purely mechanical change, adding an Isolate* to the CodeStub
constructor and a corresponding field plus a getter. A few methods in
CodeStub and its subclasses can be simplified now, but this is done in
a separate CL.

The underlying reason apart from simplicity is that deep down in the
call chain we need to detect if the serializer is active or not. This
information will be part of the Isolate, not a global variable with
funky synchronization primitives around it (which is fundamentally
wrong and the underlying cause for race conditions and a catch-22
during initialization).

9cf3909975 Track field types.
This is an initial step towards tracking the exact types instead of just the representations of fields. It adds support to track up to one map of heap object field values, eliminating various map checks on values loaded from such fields, at the cost of making stores to such fields slightly more expensive.

c8df5f42a2 Use correct call size for PredictableCodeSizeScopes.
If out-of-line constant pool is enabled, then calls can be 3 instructions
rather than 2. Fix the hard-coded PredictableCodeSizeScopes values with values
based on CallSize instead.

We should avoid ASR #0 on ARM. Simplified and improved code a bit
while we're there on all platforms. Human brains are very bad at
understanding nested structures...

c21cf2d334 Function calls are handled with a LoadIC and a FunctionCallStub. This works well, but we can create a platform to gather custom feedback by inventing a CallIC. CallIC takes a JSFunction as input, maintains UNINIT/MONO/MEGA state in a feedback slot, and engages in limited patching for the most efficient code.
The change creates a degrade in NBody tests, but a follow-on CL addresses it by using this custom feedback platform to give a 45% improvement.
