The adding of base:: was mostly prepared using git grep and sed:
git grep -l <pattern> | grep -v base/vector.h | \
xargs sed -i 's/\b<pattern>\b/base::<pattern>/
with lots of manual clean-ups due to the resulting
v8::internal::base::Vectors.
#includes were fixed using:
git grep -l "src/utils/vector.h" | \
axargs sed -i 's!src/utils/vector.h!src/base/vector.h!'

If a method happens on the main thread and only on the main thread
(i.e. it will never be run on the background), it is safer to use
non-atomic accessors as TSAN will give warnings if we use them
improperly.
As a drive-by, pass the isolate as a parameter where it was readily
available as it saves us from getting the isolate from the object later
on.

Fix 1: Track Scope::needs_home_object and Scope::uses_super_property
accurately. When "eval" is seen, figure out whether it can access
"super" and if yes, set the corresponding home object as needed.
Fix 2: The object literal scope shouldn't be entered for things
inside spreads.
Original: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/v8/v8/+/2563275
Previous reland: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/v8/v8/+/2637220
This saves memory (the home object doesn't need to be stored for each
method, but only once per class) and hopefully makes the home object
a constant in the optimized code.

We can use tag dispatching to distinguish between the synchronized and
non-synchronized accessors. Also eliminated the need of adding explicit
"synchronized" in the name when using the macros.
As a note, we currently have one case of using both relaxed and
synchronized accessors (Map::instance_descriptors).
Cleaned up:
* BytecodeArray::source_position_table
* Code::code_data_container
* Code::source_position_table
* FunctionTemplateInfo::call_code
* Map::instance_descriptors
* Map::layout_descriptor
* SharedFunctionInfo::function_data

This CL was generated by an automatic clang AST rewriter using this
matcher expression:
callExpr(
callee(
cxxMethodDecl(
hasName("operator->"),
ofClass(isSameOrDerivedFrom("v8::internal::Object"))
)
),
argumentCountIs(1)
)
The "->" at the expression location was then rewritten to ".".

This patch gives DescriptorArray its own visitor id and its
own layout that is independent from the layout of WeakFixedArray.
This allows us to use raw 16-bit integers for keeping track of
the number of descriptors (total, non-slack, and marked).
As a side-effect, we save one word per descriptor array on 64-bit.

There is no good reason to have the meat of most objects' initialization
logic in heap.cc, all wrapped by the CALL_HEAP_FUNCTION macro. Instead,
this CL changes the protocol between Heap and Factory to be AllocateRaw,
and all object initialization work after (possibly retried) successful
raw allocation happens in the Factory.
This saves about 20KB of binary size on x64.

This CL creates the invariant that the BigInt class treats
BigInt objects as immutable. Writing to new BigInt objects
as part of their construction is done by the MutableBigInt
helper class, which in turn is hidden as an implementation
detail in bigint.cc.
As a side effect, this refactoring enforces right-trimming
checks for all newly created BigInts, and ensures that all
BigInt allocations possibly exceeding kMaxLength check for
this case and throw a RangeError instead of crashing.
