3836aeb039 [cleanup] Replace all remaining Min/Max uses with std::min/max
Apart from removing Min and Max (utils.h), this is mostly a renaming.

In a few cases I had to add a cast. In a bunch of cases I had to use
initializer lists to force call-by-value for static member constants
because call-by-reference wouldn't compile (like in the previous CL).
In a few places I used initializer lists in place of nested min/max
operations.

f6874c73bd [globals] Change uc32 to be unsigned
Prior to this change, uc16 was typedef'd to (unsigned) uint16_t while
uc32 was typedef'd to (signed) int32_t.

For consistency, and to avoid unexpected behavior around
signed/unsigned comparisons, this changes uc32 to the unsigned
uint32_t type.

As part of this change, old-style error passing (return -1, check for
negative return values) was updated to use named error values.

d8c9ae5295 [compiler] Fix double error reporting for parser errors
Remove error reporting from parsing::Parse*, since in most cases we
didn't actually want them (clear errors afterward), and there was an
issue where Compiler::Compile would try to report errors already
reported in ParseAny, which ended up triggering unreachable code.

As a drive-by, move some one-off parse exception handling in
test-parsing into a CHECKED_PARSE_PROGRAM macro which replaces all the
"necessarily positive" calls to parsing::ParseProgram.

65d738d432 [parser] Move Compiler::Analyze into Parser
Move rewriting, scope analysis, and internalization, to be unconditional
operations done after parsing rather than a separate compile phase. This
removes some of the complexity about rememberering when to call
Compiler::Analyze, and makes these paths a bit more uniform.

Also, forbid allocating any more AST strings after AstValueFactory
internalization, by nulling out the Zone. Add an InternalizePartial
method which doesn't null out the zone for those cases where we do want
to be able to allocate after internalizing (e.g. internalization before
scope analysis).

6458a5296b [compile] Add an UnoptimizedCompileState class
Move the persistent compilation state and Isolate inputs (such as the
allocator, shared AST constants, hash seed, logger, etc.) which survives
across both parse and compile, out of ParseInfo and into a new
UnoptimizedCompileState class. Also add UnoptimizedCompilePerThreadState
for per-thread state such as stack limit and RCS.

In particular, this new state survives the ParseInfo being destructed,
which means it is available after off-thread finalization. This allows a
followup to access the PendingCompilationErrorHandler after finalization
and report errors on merge.

e1eac1b16c Fix compilation error with devtoolset-8
We are compiling V8 using devtoolset-8 and it is generating a new
compilation error related to String Truncation:

error: ‘char* strncpy(char*, const char*, size_t)’ output truncated copying between 1 and 15 bytes from a string of length 15 [-Werror=stringop-truncation]
          strncpy(buffer, unicode_utf8, i);

Which basically means the null terminating character was not added to
the end of the buffer:
https://developers.redhat.com/blog/2018/05/24/detecting-string-truncation-with-gcc-8/

This CL will changes 2 uses of "strncpy" to "memcpy" as strings
are being copied partially and `\n` being added at a later stage.

d91679bf3a [parser] Introduce UnoptimizedCompileFlags
UnoptimizedCompileFlags defines the input flags shared between parse and
compile (currently parse-only). It is set initially with some values, and
is immutable after being passed to ParseInfo (ParseInfo still has getters
for the fields, but no setters).

Since a few of the existing flags were output flags, ParseInfo now has a
new output_flags field, which will eventually migrate to a ParseOutputs
structure.

7fcef44241 [parser] Remove script handle from ParseInfo
Remove the explicit script handle from ParseInfo, and make it either
a Handle that is passed around where needed, or one inferred from the
SharedFunctionInfo.

This will be useful for compilation finalization using the off-thread
factory, which will not generate real Handles since it has no access
to the Isolate.

69b1f07229 [Parsing] Fix a bug in UpdateBufferPointers where it incorrectly updated the buffer range.
When a RelocatingCharacterStream is Seeked, it's buffer_pos_ could be set a non-zero value.
However, UpdateBufferPointers was assuming the position was zero to relocate the buffer_start_
and buffer_end_, which would lead to the stream becoming misaligned. Fix this and add a
unittest and the clusterfuzz script which highlighted the issue.

The "->" at the expression location was then rewritten to ".".

4b0f9c856e [cleanup] Use Vector::begin instead of Vector::start
Our {Vector} template provides both {start} and {begin} methods. They
return exactly the same value. Since the {begin} method is needed for
iteration, and is also what standard containers provide, this CL
switches all uses of the {start} method to use {begin} instead.

Patchset 1 was auto-generated by using this clang AST matcher:
    callExpr(
        callee(
          cxxMethodDecl(
            hasName("start"),
            ofClass(hasName("v8::internal::Vector")))
        ),
        argumentCountIs(0))

Patchset 2 was created by running clang-format. Patchset 3 then
removes the now unused {Vector::start} method.

1ec1712c5b Revert "[parser] Inline byte scope data into PreparseData object"
This reverts commit e2d44ede95.

Reason for revert: Breaks GC stress tests - https://ci.chromium.org/p/v8/builders/luci.v8.ci/V8%20Linux64%20GC%20Stress%20-%20custom%20snapshot/23527

Original change's description:
> [parser] Inline byte scope data into PreparseData object
>
> Each PreparseData object had at least one pointer to a PodArray for its

> payload. By inlining the byte data we save 3 words per PreparseData object.
> This optimization saves 140KB of data on cnn.com.

e2d44ede95 [parser] Inline byte scope data into PreparseData object
Each PreparseData object had at least one pointer to a PodArray for its
serialized scope data. These objects usually have only tens of bytes of
payload. By inlining the byte data we save 3 words per PreparseData object.
This optimization saves 140KB of data on cnn.com.

- Store data_length and inner_length as int32 saving a words on 64bit
- Inline store byte data into PreparseData
- OnHeapConsumedPreparseData directly uses the PreparseData object
- get_inner, set_inner no longer allow Null sentinels

dde5e3a134 [parser] Detect duplciate lexical declarations in preparser
This changes how rewind upon preparser abort works. It now rewinds to the start
of the parameter scope. In the case of "function X(" it is before the "(". In
the case of arrow functions it's before the start of the arrow function. This
allows us to reparse the arrow function from the start so all parameters are
declared properly.

7aac6bc905 [cleanup] Make unicode predicate cache tables static
Moves the unicode predicate cache tables out of the unicode cache,
and turns them into generic predicates in char-predicates.h which
use static constexpr tables.

This drops the per-isolate cost of unicode caches, and removes the
need for accessing the unicode cache from most files. It does remove
the mutability of the cache, which means that there may be regressions
when parsing non-ASCII identifiers. Most likely the benefits to ASCII
identifiers/keywords will outweigh any non-ASCII costs.
