97e72bbfcb [wasm][memory64] Prepare memory tracing for i64 addresses
The index to be traced can be a full (platform-dependent) pointer sized
integer now. This CL prepares memory tracing for that.
As a drive-by, the "address" field is renamed to "offset", or
"effective_offset", depending on the situation.

820a3bdadf [wasm] Add some more test cases to wasm-trace-memory
We were missing test cases for i16, i64, and f64. It's not super
critical, but it's also an easy addition, and helps bring coverage of
memory-tracing.cc up (close to 100% now).

727668298e [wasm-simd] Implement memory tracing for kSimd128 data types
Increase the embedded vector size to 91 as that is the max size needed to print
a s128 as a 32x4.

- max value of uint32_t has 10 digits in decimal, 1 for a potential sign,
  3 spaces in between 4 of them -> 3 + 4 * 11 = 47
- max value of uint32_t has 8 digits in hex, 3 spaces in between -> 3 + 4 * 8 = 35
- the prefix "v128:" -> 5
- " / " to separate the decimal and hex representation -> 3
- null byte

47 + 35 + 5 + 3 + 1 = 91

183204f8ee [wasm] Refactor memory tracing
Instead of passing four arguments to the runtime function, just pass
one pointer to a struct containing all information. This makes it much
easier to implement memory tracing in Liftoff in a follow-up CL.
Also fix a few other minor things like the namespace and the include
guards.

bfaacb8afb [wasm] Add flag for memory tracing
With --wasm-trace-memory, both compiled code and the interpreter will
output each memory load or store. This helps to debug miscompilations in
emscripten or in V8, like the referenced bug.
