1fe5f0e3ad Always run our fast array builtins.
Before, we carefully turned on fast array builtins only if flag
--enable-fast-array-builtins was true (though it was implied true
if --turbo was on). Now, the set of Array.prototype.{some, forEach,
every, reduce} is good enough to always turn them on. This means
we can remove the JavaScript implementations.

The flag is renamed to --experimental-fast-array-builtins, which is
off. In the next days we'll add more non-javascript implementations
here for testing.

72e539360e [rename] Rename internal field to embedder field.
This CL renames all occurrences of "internal field" to "embedder field"
to prevent confusion. As it turns out, these fields are not internal to
V8, but are actually embedder provided fields that should not be mucked
with by the internal implementation of V8.

Note that WASM does use these fields, and it should not.

9d0f248201 Store the FunctionTemplateInfo used to create remote objects in the map
That way, we don't need to create a context-less constructor function.
Instead, we use the constructor_or_backpointer (or null) field, and
rename it to constructor_or_fti_or_backpointer so nobody is confused.

Note that technically, we still have JSFunctions without contexts, as
they're temporarily created in the deoptimizer.

65200967b7 Reland moving Atomics builtins to C++
This reverts the previous revert, commit
5a04f4fd68.

Previously reverted changes:

> Revert "[SAB] Move Atomics builtins to C++"
>
> This reverts commit 2b9840d86f.
>

>
> Revert "Remove infrastructure for experimental JS natives"
>

These changes were reverted to improve a perf regression on a Chrome
bot. Since then, the regression has reappeared, then disappeared again
all from seemingly unrelated changes.

6e0496b256 [builtins] (Re-)implement Array.prototype.every/some with the CSA
In the process, re-factor the implementation of Array.prototype.forEach so that
the bulk of the implementation can be re-used, since much of the spec is
identical. The refactor should also make it more straight-forward to implement
map and filter. The re-factored version only have a single slow path for processing
elements which is used for both the overall slow path and for the bailout from the
FAST_ELEMENTS case.

ead3656cbd [builtins] Port TypedArrayConstructByLength to CodeStubAssembler.
Part of the performance and refactoring work to move the TypedArray
constructors into CSA. This CL moves ConstructByLength from JS
to CSA.

There are still other callers to typed_array_initialize in
typedarray.js, so we share the implementation using DoInitialize.

In a later CL we can split apart DoInitialize once we have more
TA constructors written in CSA, so that we can reuse specific
parts more easily.

As PostExperimentals() is no longer needed, I also removed the use of

Also gets rid of some longer-dead code in prologue.js related to

96eda1f7d1 Fix receiver checks for v8::Function on a remote context receiver.
v8 allows the embedder to specify a global template to use when
creating a new context. However, v8 does not use the supplied
template directly when creating the global proxy: it creates a
unique template for each global proxy. However, this is problematic
for remote contexts: functions cannot use strict receiver checks
with the remote context, as the global template will never match
the global proxy.

To fix this, remote contexts now also include a remote global
object in the prototype chain that is instantiated with the global
template. This mirrors the way the global proxy is configured for a
full v8 context, and allows strict receiver checks to work.

2b9840d86f [SAB] Move Atomics builtins to C++
This patch refactors the Atomics builtins so that they are implemented
as C++ builtins rather than experimental JS builtins. Previously, each
of these functions called out to a runtime function, so no significant
change in performance is anticipated. The goal of this patch is to
remove the last user of experimental JS builtins so that the mechanism
can be removed, for performance reasons. The patch includes a drive-by
fix of a check-fail. For the most part, the patch is just moving code
without modification from runtime-atomics.cc to
builtins-sharedarraybuffer.cc .

* For functions declared with the "function" keyword, the excerpt
starts at the "function" or "async" keyword and ends at the final "}".
The previous behavior would start the excerpt at the "(" of the
  parameter list, and prepend a canonical `"function " + name` or
similar, which would discard comments and formatting surrounding the
function's name. Anonymous functions declared as function expressions
no longer get the name "anonymous" in their toString representation.
* For methods, the excerpt starts at the "get", "set", "*" (for
generator methods), or property name, whichever comes first.
Previously, the toString representation for methods would use a
canonical prefix before the "(" of the parameter list. Note that any
  "static" keyword is omitted.
* For arrow functions and class declarations, the excerpt is unchanged.

For functions created with the Function, GeneratorFunction, or
AsyncFunction constructors:
* The string separating the parameter text and body text is now
  "\n) {\n", where previously it was "\n/*``*/) {\n" or ") {\n".
* At one point, newline normalization was required by the spec here,
but that was removed from the spec, and so this CL does not do it.

Included in this CL is a fix for CreateDynamicFunction parsing. ')'
and '`' characters in the parameter string are no longer disallowed,
and Function("a=function(", "}){") is no longer allowed.

407d6bf16b [bootstrapper] Remove Intl experimental natives files
These experimental natives previously only installed functions to the
appropriate parent. In this patch, the exports container is retained
so that the bootstrapper may install the functions instead. This
change is intended to reduce startup time. SharedArrayBuffer retains
some experimental natives exported from JS; this may be addressed
in a follow-on patch. The patch includes some minor cleanup of the
bootstrap process by removing "experimental exports", which was unused.

dc302c74be Reland [typedarrays] move %TypedArray%.prototype.copyWithin to C++
- Removes shared InnerArrayCopyWithin JS builtin from src/js/array.js
- Implements %TypedArray%.prototype.copyWithin as a C++ builtin, which
relies on std::memmove rather than accessing individual eleements.
- Fixes the case where copyWithin is invoked on a TypedArray with a
detached buffer.
- Add tests to ensure that +/-Infinity (for all 3 parameters) is handled
  correctly by the
algorithm

The C++ version gets through the benchmark more than 25000 times as
quickly as the JS implementation.
