54855b67d4 [ptr-compr] Move Heap::root() to Isolate
... and Heap::root_handle() to RootsTable.

This is a preliminary step before moving IsolateData object from Heap to Isolate
which is required for pointer-compression friendly heap layout.

2fde54330a [cleanup] Move enum Heap::RootListIndex to enum class RootIndex
and introduce RootsTable - a V8 heap roots storage.

So, the renaming part looks like this:
  Heap::RootListIndex -> RootIndex
  Heap::kBlahBlahRootIndex -> RootIndex::kBlahBlah

2459046c1d [ubsan] Change Address typedef to uintptr_t
The "Address" type is V8's general-purpose type for manipulating memory
addresses. Per the C++ spec, pointer arithmetic and pointer comparisons
are undefined behavior except within the same array; since we generally
don't operate within a C++ array, our general-purpose type shouldn't be
a pointer type.

8e7241fdde Include only stuff you need, part 6: Fix cctest.h.
Rebuilding (after touching certain files) is crazy slow because
includes are out of control. Many of these files we need to rebuild are
cctests which pull in more includes than they need.

a4e3a3b6a8 [heap] Move to LAB-based allocation for newspace evacuation.
This CL prepare newspace evacuation for parallel execution wrt. to actual
allocations. The priority for allocations is:
* Try to allocate from LAB if objects are below kMaxLabObjectSize
* Allocate directly (synchronized) from newspace for larger objects.
* Fall back to old space allocation (which will be backed by a local compaction
  space in future).

Semantical change: Previously we did fall back to regular new space promotion if
we are OOM in old space. With this CL we fall back to new space promotion, which
could fail because of fragmentation, again leading to an old space allocation
that finally bails into OOM.

Newspace evacuation is still single threaded and requires further changes to
allocation site tracking.
