3eded2c06c Fix %NeverOptimizeFunction runtime call.
The current usage of this runtime function is broken as it does not
prevent inlining of the affected function but rather bails out from the
whole unit of compilation after trying to inline affected functions.
This simplifies said runtime function to avoid accidental misuse.

93ab1864ea Allow the deoptimizer translation to track de-materialized objects.
This allows the deoptimizer to materialize objects (e.g. the arguments
object) while deopting without having a consective stack area holding
the object values. The LEnvironment explicitly tracks locations for
these values and preserves them in the translation.

f37f504de5 Fix arguments object materialization during deopt.
This fixes materialization of arguments objects for strict mode functions during
deoptimization. We materialize arguments from the stack area where optimized
code pushes the arguments when entering the inlined environment. For adapted
invocations we use the arguments adaptor frame for materialization.

983d521fe9 Reland arguments access support for inlined functions (r11109,r11118).
When pushing arguments use correct initial values instead of fetching them from the environment which can be modified.

3ccc885c78 Revert arguments access support for inlined functions (r11109,r11118).
We are inserting HPushArgument instructions after HEnterInlined based on the environment at the point of the first arguments access. Which might create use before def if there are redundant phis in the environment.

262c8bddd5 Always create HArgumentsObject on function entry.
We do not know if we are going to need it and creating it lazyly might cause us to insert it at the block that does not dominate all uses.
