Prior to this commit, calls to C++ builtins created standard exit
frames, which are skipped when constructing JS stack traces. In order to
show these calls on traces, we introduce a new builtin exit frame type.
Builtin exit frames contain target and new.target on the stack and are
not skipped during stack trace construction.

We had exactly one test case for --noturbo-types, so it's likely that
the generic pipeline (without types) was already broken for quite some
time, plus no one expressed interest in maintaining it, plus it
complicates the JSGenericLowering integration. So decision is to kill
it.

This particularly changes the StackTraceFrameIterator such that is not
only returs JavaScriptFrames, but also WasmFrames. Because of that,
some methods (Summarize, function, receiver) were pulled up to the
StandardFrame, with specializations in JavaScriptFrame and WasmFrame.

Updates InlineTwice to declare a function and then return a function
instead of using function expressions by wrapping a function with '('
and ')'. The earlier implementation would cause the function to
compile immediately instead of lazy compile. Also updates cctest.status

This moves all cctest files for the compiler to live in the same
namespace as the components they are testing. Hence we can avoid the
forbidden using directives pulling in entire namespaces.
From the Google C++ style guide: "You may not use a using-directive to
make all names from a namespace available". This would be covered by
presubmit linter checks if build/namespaces were not blacklisted.

This name makes it clear that the flag (also the variant in the Compiler)
is talking about specializing to the function context instead of i.e. the
native context.

This makes sure that the arguments object materialization in the method
prologue is composable with respect to inlining. The generic runtime
functions materializing those objects now respect the deoptimization
information when reconstructing the original arguments.

Similar to DELETE, the IN builtin is just a thin wrapper for %HasElement
and %HasProperty anyway, and cannot be optimized, plus it had a weird
special fast case (which also involved at least one LOAD_IC plus some
intrinsic magic).

TurboFan is now a requirement and supported by all backends, so we don't
need those macros (plus all the machinery on top) anymore.

The deoptimizer (and probably various other places) cannot deal properly
with recursive function inlining, so we disallow it in TurboFan as well.
We might want to reconsider that decision at some point in the future.

This simplifies inlining, in that we only need to update uses of Start
and inputs of End instead of walking the whole inlinee to update all
outer frame states.

and enable deoptimization for non-asm.js TurboFan code unconditionally.

Context specialization enables inlining (at least currently it is the
only enabler for inlining), but inlining enables more possibilities for
context specialization. So we really need to run them together.
This is especially important with the "module based builtins" that we're
working towards.

We mark certain builtins for inlining, and those should always be
inlined into optimized code (CrankShaft already handles it this way), so
we should support that in TurboFan as well. Currently this mainly
affects a certain set of Math functions, but once have the basics in
place we can extend this to any kind of builtin/code stub/accessor.
This adds a new flag --turbo_builtin_inlining (enabled by default), that
forces the inliner to always inline builtins marked for inlining, but
does not affect inlining of other functions (this is still controlled by
the --turbo-inlining flag).
