ec81d82d16 Reland "[turbofan] Optimize TrapIf/Unless in BranchElim. and CommonOp-Reducer"
This is a reland of a3b1233e16

Changes compared to original commit:
- Use a more canonical way to replace TrapIf/Unless nodes that always
trap. This fixes the issue where their outputs were marked dead even
  if they were Merge/Loop nodes.
- Use Throw() over Return() to connect a dangling trap to End().
- Add regression test.

c0ee8f905b [wasm][inspector] Don't use Script::source_url to store URL.
The `Script::source_url` field holds the value of the magic
`//# sourceURL` comment if found, and the `Script::name` field is
supposed to hold the actual name of the resource (as provided by
the embedder ideally), in case of Chromium that's supposed to be
the URL (in case of Node.js it's often the local path).

Using `source_url` worked by chance so far, but for loading DWARF
symbol files correctly we need the initiator (which we pick from
the embedderName of the Script as reported to DevTools). More
importantly, the partial handling of `//# sourceURL` in V8 is a
layering violation and causes trouble in DevTools, i.e. when users
put relative paths here. So as part of refactoring and correctifying
the handling of `//# sourceURL`, we need to make sure that the embedder
provided name (the URL in case of Chromium) is always stored in the
`Script::name` field.

fd75c97d3f [interpreter] Apply Reflect.apply transform in BytecodeGenerator
Calls with a spread expression in a non-final position get transformed
to calls to Reflect.apply. This transformation is currently done in
the parser, which does not compose well with other features (e.g.
direct eval checking, optional chaining).

Do this transform in the BytecodeGenerator instead.

d7ed4f97c2 [sparkplug] Inline TypeOf checks
In the TestTypeOf handler, use the statically known value of the type-of
literal flag to emit the specific type-of check for that type, rather
than going to the general type-of builtin. These checks are very simple,
so we can get away with hand-writing them in the baseline compiler.

0ee6f90a5f [regalloc] Fix slot requirement for live ranges defined by a const
Live ranges defined by a constant operand normally don't require a spill
slot since they can just rematerialize the value from the constant. In
the attached issue however, deoptimization adds an explicit slot
requirement for a range that is defined by a constant operand. This case
is not expected in the register allocator and we eventually hit a
DCHECK.

This fix allocates a new stack slot during the MeetRegisterConstraints
and adds the missing gap move.

Drive-by: remove dead method LiveRange::NextSlotPosition.

Moving them into regress/asm, the status file automatically skips these

4c17394d67 Reland: [compiler] Cache StateValue processing in InstructionSelector.
Processing StateValues into operands is one of the most costly
parts of instruction selection. As it happens, StateValues are
shared by many nodes, and so we are unecessarily reprocessing
the same StateValues multiple times. This CL introduces caching
for the processed StateValues enabling very fast emitting of
operands for subsiquent instructions with the same StateValue.
The hitrate for the cache is higher than 90% on most optimizations.

This flag enables feedback allocation heuristics to be based on the
function size. The threshold for feedback allocation is set to
12 * bytecode size to roughly mimic the allocation after 12 invocations.

We tried 4 * bytecode size earlier and there were few memory regressions
on real world pages. Speedometer improved by ~1% [1, 2]. This time
trying with a higher factor this time to see if we still have
speedometer improvements without any memory regressions.

80f5dfda01 [no-wasm] Exclude src/wasm from compilation
This is the biggest chunk, including
- all of src/wasm,
- torque file for wasm objects,
- torque file for wasm builtins,
- wasm builtins,
- wasm runtime functions,
- int64 lowering,
- simd scala lowering,
- WasmGraphBuilder (TF graph construction for wasm),
- wasm frame types,
- wasm interrupts,
- the JSWasmCall opcode,
- wasm backing store allocation.

Those components are all recursively entangled, so I found no way to
split this change up further.

Some includes that were recursively included by wasm headers needed to
be added explicitly now.

backing-store-unittest.cc is renamed to wasm-backing-store-unittest.cc
because it only tests wasm backing stores. This file is excluded from
no-wasm builds then.

3353a7d0b0 [deoptimizer] Fix bug in OptimizedFrame::Summarize
OptimizedFrame::Summarize is used by debugger features etc
to inspect the frame of an optimized function (and the virtual frames
of functions that got inlined). It could end up materializing a JSArray
with the same backing store as one that would later get left-trimmed,
resulting in a dangling elements pointer. This CL fixes that by creating
a fresh copy of the elements store instead.

4c3db4fd29 [wasm] Repair decoder perf regression
With the value stack refactoring in 1b5c7e15 / r73193, the
combination of helper functions called by PeekArgs() ended
up checking the stack height repeatedly. This CL avoids that
by introducing a ValidateArgType() helper that does not check
stack height.
Bonus: achieve a small speedup by special-casing two of the
most common opcodes in the decoder's main dispatcher.

This is a reland of a8b61ef521

The prototype map is in a 1:1 relation with the prototype.

e3acd9f8fe [wasm-gc] Implement non-nullable function tables
This adds the possibility to define non-nullable function tables of heap
types kFunc and user-defined functions. When such table is defined, it
is obligatory to provide an initializer expression after its limits.
Currently, this can only be a function reference.

Changes:
- Change WasmTableObject::raw_type to encode the whole entry type.
- Restructure call_indirect to load the signature only if needed, and
do null checks only if needed.
- Add the requirement to provide an initializer expression for
  non-nullable tables in module-decoder.
- Rename "global initializer" -> "initializer expression" everywhere.
- Add table initialization in module-instantiate.
- Edit both the C++ and JS WasmModuleBuilder.
- Add and slightly improve tests.
- Format wasm-module-builder.js.

a8b61ef521 [sparkplug] Change bytecode offset mapping and introduce iterator.
Previously, we recorded pairs of (bytecode offset, sparkplug pc) to
create a mapping of bytecode offset <-> sparkplug pc.
These pairs were only recorded after builtin/runtime calls.
In preparation for deoptimizing to Sparkplug, we need a more precise
mapping.
With this CL, we record positions for every bytecode. Instead of storing
a pair of (bytecode offset, sparkplug pc), we store only the pc,
calculating the bytecode offset from the index in the mapping table.

0ebbcb1622 [turbofan] Frame size computation should include additional arguments
For adding stack checks in optimized code, we compute a conservative
estimate of the frame size in the case of a deoptimization. Earlier we
included the size of arguments adaptor frames used when actual arguments
didn't match formal parameter count. Though we don't have an explicit
adaptor frame, we should still include the size of these additional
arguments when computing the frame size.

55fe15dc17 [wasm] Fix thread_in_wasm_flag in exception handling
The flag should not be set after an exception is thrown in a runtime
function. The unwinder still runs after the destructor, and should take
care of setting the flag depending on the catching frame.
