c112fdc398 Adds a new API where the host can supply a callback function. The callback function can resolve the location of a return address on stack to the location where a return-address rewriting profiler stashed the original return address.

e49d533b50 Reapply "Add a level of indirection to exception handler addresses."
Original commit message:

Add a level of indirection to exception handler addresses.

To support deoptimization of exception handlers, the handler address in the
stack is converted to a pair of code object and an index into a separate
table of code offsets. The index part is invariant under deoptimization.
The index is packed into the handler state field so that handler size does
not change.

statically track nesting dept and clean up when compiling break or

And instead of using try/finally to handle throw to handler in a frame
whose pc is inside a with or catch, store the context that the handler
should run in in the handler itself.

7d2be7c0e0 Support debugger inspection of locals in optimized frames
Optimized frames are now handled by the debugger. When discovering optimized frames during stack inspection in the debugger they are "deoptimized" using the normal deoptimization code and the deoptimizer output information is used to provide frame information to the debugger.

Before this change the debugger reported each optimized frame as one frame no matter the number of inlined functuions that might have been called inside of it. Also all locals where reported as undefined. Locals can still be reposted as undefined when their value is not "known" by the optimized frame.

As the structures used to calculate the output frames when deoptimizing are not GC safe the information for the debugger is copied to another structure (DeoptimizedFrameInfo) which is registered with the global deoptimizer data and processed during GC.

c9904976f9 Simplify isolates access during stack iteration (WAS: Move SafeStackFrameIterator::active_count_...)
While trying to fix Mac and Windows versions for this change:
http://codereview.chromium.org/6771047/, I figured out, that we
already store an isolate in StackFrameIterator, so we can use it in
frame objects, instead of requiring it from caller.

I've changed iterators usage to the following scheme: whenever a
caller maintains an isolate pointer, it just passes it to stack
iterator, and no more worries about passing it to frame content
accessors. If a caller uses current isolate, it can omit passing it
to iterator, in this case, an iterator will use the current isolate,
too.

There was a special case with LiveEdit, which creates
detached copies of frame objects.

ceb9d79d73 Generate inline code for contextual loads.
Contextual load requires only a map check followed by a cell hole
check so we can generate pretty compact code for that. The fact that
we have inlined code is marked by mov ecx, offset instruction after
the IC call. Inlining is only enabled inside loops and in non-builtin
functions.

The generated code size increase is about 3%. This descreased the
pc-to-code cache hit rate in some of the benchmarks that trigger
GC. To compensate we now have 4 times as much entries in the cache.

187d249d92 Enhance SafeStackFrameIterator to avoid triggering assertions in debug mode.
When running profiling in debug mode, several assertions in frame
iterators that are undoubtedly useful when iterator is started from a
VM thread in a known "good" state, may fail when running over a stack
of a suspended VM thread. This patch makes SafeStackFrameIterator
to proactively check addresses and bail out from iteration early,
before an assertion will be triggered.

be5763fc4d Cleanup the way the debugger stores live registers when entering at a break
The live registers are now only stored to the expression stack with the non pointer values being stored as smis (on the 32-bit platforms these values are assumed to be 31-bit max).

This makes the CEntryStub entry/exit code much simpler, and there is no longer any need for a mode (debug or normal) on it.

999e3fca90 Fix issue 553: function frame is skipped in profile when compare stub is called.
The problem appeared due to a fact that stubs doesn't create a stack
frame, reusing the stack frame of the caller function. When building
stack traces, the current function is retrieved from PC, and its
callees are retrieved by traversing the stack backwards. Thus, for
stubs, the stub itself was discovered via PC, and then stub's caller's
caller was retrieved from stack.

To fix this problem, a pointer to JSFunction object is now captured
from the topmost stack frame, and is saved into stack trace log
record. Then a simple heuristics is applied whether a referred
function should be added to decoded stack, or not, to avoid reporting
the same function twice (from PC and from the pointer.)

BUG=553
TEST=added to mjsunit/tools/tickprocessor

895f1d22e5 Implemented specialized stubs for API getters. This includes a number
of individual changes:

  - Added infrastructure for custom stub caching.
  - Push the code object onto the stack in exit calls instead of a
    debug/non-debug marker.
  - Remove the DEBUG_EXIT frame type.
  - Add a new exit stub generator for API getters.
