The sanity checks never really worked since the file was missing in the
output dir. Runs bailed out with "Error loading file".
As both configurations bailed out in the same way, the correctness fuzzer
treated it as pass.

This migrates harness adjustments, to be loaded after mjsunit.js on
fuzzers for correctness fuzzing.
This is the first step adding deeper pretty printing. Other
adjustments will be added in follow ups.
