b9f0c06ab2 The gc should be able to traverse all AllocationSites for decision making. The sites are threaded into a weak list. Special problems include:
* Allocations of AllocationSites occur in generated code, so generated code needs to be able to add to the list. For now I have a special hydrogen instruction, though it would be nice to use general purpose instructions.
* The snapshot contains AllocationSites, and these need to be re-threaded into the list on deserialization.

Something nice is that the AllocationSites are only created in old space, so a special new space visitor isn't required.

7e0ee5301e Add internal fields to JSArrayBufferViews (JSTypedArray and JSDataView)
In Blink, JSTypedArray and JSDataView objects act as "wrappers" for C++
objects. Wrapping protocol in Blink requires all wrapper JavaScript objects
to have a certain amount of internal fields that Blink uses for
book-keeping (essentially a pointer to C++ object and some type
information). This change adds those internal fields to JSTypedArray and
JSDataView, in a similiar way to how it is done for JSArrayBuffer.

a527f451bc Deprecate old code aging mechanism.
The old code aging mechanism is too agressive with flushing as it leads
to many functions being flushed and recompiled over and over again. By
now the new code aging mechanism has stabilized enough to deprecate the
old fallback mechanism.

a473e9a887 Always mark the entire valid prefix of the descriptor array.
Previously we would only mark the slot that was added specifically for
this map, if there was a backpointer and the descriptor array was shared
via the backpointer. However, ConvertTransitionToMapTransition may break
this link after we marked the transitioned map, before we marked the
transitioning map. So the descriptor slots of the parent map won't get
recorded, and we potentially point to an old address of an already
relocated function.

672056ac88 Only mark the descriptor that is valid for the map in question. If this map
transitioned from a map with a different descriptor array (or has no back
pointer), mark all valid descriptors from the start.

This fixes the following memory leak: Map A shares a descriptor array
with map B. Map B adds constant function c that in its scope holds on to
an instance of B. If the descriptor array of A would keep all the shared
descriptors alive, including c, this keeps alive both A and c
indefinitely.

This CL also fixes a bug in descriptor array trimming. When trimming
descriptor arrays we need to trim off the slack as well (thus the entire
storage); and since we are trimming a descriptor array, we need to trim
* kDescriptorSize.

Each map has a weak array of dependent codes, where the map tracks all the optimized codes that embed it.

bd4e114b8e Add code again to allow reclaiming old unexecuted functions.
When code objects in the heap for FUNCTIONs and OPTIMIZED_FUNCTIONs are marked by the GC, their prologue is patched with a call to a stub that removes the patch. This allows the collector to quickly identify code objects that haven't been executed since the last full collection (they are the ones that sill contain the patch). The functionality is currently disabled, but can be activated by specifying the "--age-code".

81a43b5607 Make incremental marking clear ICs.
This extends the existing clearing of ICs during GC to incremental
marking in order to prevent cross-context retention that would last
until the next non-incremental GC.

abede994d9 Refactor incremental marking to use static visitor.
This is a refactoring only change that switches incremental marking to
use a static object visitor. It also shares the common code between the
non-incremental and the incremental marker. Sharing that would require
semantical changes will be done later.

8c12b6b743 Implement target cache for constructor calls.
This caches call targets of constructor calls by associating one element
caches with call sites. The type feedback oracle can use the recorded
valued to gather type information for monomorphic constructor call sites.
