mstarzinger	ae24992839	[turbofan] Remove deprecated --turbo-from-bytecode flag. ... This flag is on by default for now. Whenever heuristics in the compiler pipeline decide to use Ignition+TurboFan, then {BytecodeGraphBuilder} is active. Removing the flag reduces maintenance overhead. mstarzinger	5671b663f9	[interpreter] Avoid tier-up when there is an OSR activation. ... This makes sure we prevent a tier-up for function which also have an optimized activation of OSR code on the stack. In case the OSR code deoptimizes, it needs the bytecode to still be around.
