c6a16c10dd [test] Add %PrepareForOptimization to even more tests 
With bytecode flushing and lazy feedback allocation, we need to call
%PrepareForOptimization before we call %OptimizeFunctionOnNextCall,
ideally after declaring the function.

ed968b1042 Introduce runtime function %OptimizeFunctionOnNextCall to manually trigger optimization. 
TEST=existing unit tests still pass

4a9056cbce Fix a stack-height mismatch during deoptimization. 
When deoptimizing after a conditional expression in an effect context, we
should not see the value of the conditional expression.
