With bytecode flushing and lazy feedback allocation, we need to call
%PrepareForOptimization before we call %OptimizeFunctionOnNextCall,
ideally after declaring the function.

The current NumberEqual check ignores -0 when it is stored to
a constant unboxed double field containing 0.
