Alexey Kozyatinskiy f6bc208864 [debugger] removed BreakPositionAlignment.STATEMENT_ALIGNED ... Inspector uses only BREAK_POSITION_ALIGNED, no tests pass STATEMENT_ALIGNED. It's exposed only with debugger API but I'm pretty sure that nobody actually uses it and as far as mirrors API is deprecated - it's time to remove it.
