Andreas Haas 10f3039bdb [wasm] Implementation of code flushing with explicit call ... This CL introduces an initial implementation of code flushing, which can be triggered from JavaScript with an explicit runtime call. The runtime call allows easier testing. So far all Liftoff code gets deallocated at a code flushing event. Experiments will show if this is a good strategy.
