mvstanton@chromium.org c5eaf80707 Handlify Map::CopyDropDescriptors().
* And contain knowledge better in TransitionArray and DescriptorArray (for example WhitenessWitness is now private to DescriptorArray).
* And remove some factory methods
* And handlify some other things.
