Dan Elphick 56f7c23f85 Update mkgrokdump so that it can see maps/objects in RO_SPACE 
Also annotate maps with the space, now that this can be RO_SPACE as well
as MAP_SPACE.

If you change the heap layout, expect this test to fail (in CQ). You will then
need to build x64 release and run `<outdir>/mkgrokdump > tools/v8heapconst.py`
to rebaseline.
