This reverts commit 8ac91f6c6a.

Reason for revert:
Some actual failures on Mac and debugger:
https://ci.chromium.org/p/v8/builders/luci.v8.ci/V8%20Mac64%20GC%20Stress/2914

Failing message tests need to be skipped for predictable testing:
