Simon Zünd 534945bab8 [torque] Update vscode extension to reflect recent changes ... This CL adds 'typeswitch' and 'case' as a keyword and removes some unused ones. It also adds 'UncheckedCast', 'Cast', 'Convert' and 'FromConstexpr' as support functions.
