Mythri A 289b25765a [Test] Update tests to work with lazy feedback allocation.
This adds either %EnsureFeedbackVectorForFunction or
%PrepareFunctionForOptimization to allocate feedback vectors when testing
optimization, allocation sites, IC transitions etc.,
