Frederik Gossen 45a6503ca6 [wasm-hints] Add Tests for Compilation Hints ... Add tests for tiering and lazy compilation with compilation hints. The tests build modules and verify the {WasmCode}'s tier internally. The module builder now supports compilation hints in CCTests.
