Manos Koukoutos 22c5844851 [wasm-gc] Allow all reference types at the JS boundary ... We have been manually disallowing subtypes of anyref, as well as null types, at the JS boundary, although the infrastructure to handle them was basically in place. This CL removes this restriction. Drive-by: Handle null correctly for typed functions in {ToJS}.
