Omer Katz d46c94db6d cppgc: Allow to disable incremental marking/sweeping ... Add fields to HeapOptions to denote on heap creation that the heap does not support incremental/concurrent marking/sweeping. This only applies to standalone heaps. When triggering a GC (either explicitly or by the heap growing heuristics), the given config is limited to not trigger unsupported marking/sweeping types.
