Tobias Tebbi a7ca5b0f6b [torque] better static assert error messages ... When mksnapshot fails on a static assert in Torque, print the statement and position from the Torque source. To enable special treatment, change the syntax of static asserts in Torque from StaticAssert() to static_assert() to align with assert() and check() statements.
