Dan Elphick 8686ea8121 [heap] Split out paged-spaces.h 
Splits out all of PagedSpace and subclasses into paged-spaces.h. Also
moves CodeObjectRegistry to code-object-registry.h.

If you change the heap layout, expect this test to fail (in CQ). You will then
need to build x64 release and run `<outdir>/mkgrokdump > tools/v8heapconst.py`
to rebaseline.
