Thibaud Michaud 9694ba868f [wasm][fuzzer] Add static assert to prevent UB ... The bool specialization of DataRange::get was removed recently as it is not used anymore. Add a static assert to ensure that we do not run into the undefined behavior that this specialization was meant to prevent.
