v8/test/mjsunit/es6/regress/regress-468661.js
yangguo 672983830f [debugger] Hide scopes that originate from desugaring.
Some scopes are introduced by the parser for desugaring and do not
have any positions associated. The debugger should not make them
visible.

Also add some missing source positions.
