- Converts tests in EmbedderTracingTest to UnifiedHeapTest
- Move EmbedderRootsHandler tests to their own file
- Adds support for CppHeap in ManualGCScope
- Drive-by fix typo
Reland: Fix issue with attaching a CppHeap while incremental marking
is already running.
This reverts commit d90a98edc1
.
