Philip Pfaffe ae3f94bd2a Expose a proxy object to evaluateOnCallFrame for WebAssembly ... When debugging WebAssembly, calls to evaluateOnCallFrame always return undefined. This CL enables evaluateOnCallFrame for WebAssembly and creates a proxy object that is injected into the evaluation context.
