Adam Klein b3887f8a2c [cctest] Simplify the majority of callers of CcTest::CollectAllGarbage ... Most callers passed kFinalizeIncrementalMarkingMask, so use that as a default argument (not using default argument syntax to avoid including heap.h in cctest.h).
