Samuel Groß 68de20179c [sandbox] Skip mkgrokdump test in non-sandbox mode 
When the sandbox is disabled, object layouts are now different as
ExternalPointerSlots are then 64-bit (raw pointers) instead of 32-bit
(ExternalPointerHandles).

If you change the heap layout, expect this test to fail (in CQ). You will then
need to build x64 release and run `<outdir>/mkgrokdump > tools/v8heapconst.py`
to rebaseline.
