lrn@chromium.org cefbb1e7f8 Make bound functions have poisoned .caller and .arguments. Also makes func.caller return null if the caller is a bound function, matching JSC. Fix bug preventing poisoned setters from triggering. To run the sputniktests you must check out the test suite from
googlecode.com.  The test expectations are currently relative to
version 97. To get the tests run the following command within
v8/test/sputnik/
