Manos Koukoutos ccc8389f14 [wasm][refactor] Use MessageTemplate to describe errors ... - Functions related to table initialization now return an optional {MessageTemplate} if they fail. This is used to emit the correct error message in one test. - InitExprInterface now uses {MessageTemplate} to describe errors.
