Georg Neis b8e51d9307 [modules] Allow import.meta callback to throw ... It makes no sense to allow calling into V8 but at the same time insist that there must be no exception, as potentially any such call can result in a stack overflow. This CL only removes a comment from v8.h, the code changes were part of https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/v8/v8/+/2299375.
