Jakob Kummerow e34debaf2b [bigint] Support BigInts in -,~,++,-- unary ops ... and add the implementations for BitwiseNot, Increment, Decrement. This CL teaches the respective bytecode handlers about BigInts, and collects kBigInt type feedback for them (which TF discards for now, substituting "any").
