Changed wxFont, wxPen, wxBrush to not implicitly use the wxTheXXXList

behind the scenes, but to use normal ctor and dtors.

Exposed the wxTheXXXLists to wxPython.

Also wxTheColourDatabase and added a library module to load LOTS more
colour names into the colour database.
