Implement string inserter for long long. This creates a problem on mingw as gcc
gives a warning unless -Wno-format is used, one of the most useful warnings. git-svn-id: https://svn.wxwidgets.org/svn/wx/wxWidgets/trunk@35906 c3d73ce0-8a6f-49c7-b76d-6d57e0e08775
