Replaced <iostream.h> reference with "wx/ioswrap.h"

Replaced wxMessageBox() with wxLogDebug() calls
When calling GetColumns(), some drivers/datasources would not return a proper value for columnSize.  If columnSize is less than 1, columnSize gets set to bufferLength
