Added a few non-threads compile fixes,

Removed strcasecmp defines from db.cpp and dbtable.cpp,
  Added more stand-alone makefiles,
  wxDropSource::DoDraDrop()'s return values works now
    (wxDragNone, -Copy, -Move).
