wxTextDataObject now uses Unicode if compiled with wxUSE_UNICODE.

Fixed wxURLDataObject in MSW.
Added GetSizeFromBuffer, SetSizeInBuffer, GetBufferOffset to wxDataObject
 as per Vadim's suggestion.
