Added Set/GetItemState, GetNextItem.. to wxTreeCtrl

Fixed functions name mismatch SetSizeHint in window and frame
  Added support for non-european fonts and X extension using
   gtk_set_locale()
  Added compile fixes for FreeBSD and folks
