fc576e8d26 Don't accidentally instal the MSVCRT.dll from XP as it wont' work on 
Win98.  Use a set from CVS instead of from the SYSDIR.

1128a89b82 The setup.py script will now install wxPython's headers as part of the 
standard install.

Moved the bulk of setup.py to wx/build/config.py so 3rd party modules
that wish to use the same setup/configuration code can do so simply by
importing this module form their own setup.py scripts.

b42b447cf4 Reorganized the contents of the disk image. Only the Installer 
package and a README-1st are at the top level, the docs, apps,
etc. are in subdirs.

Include the main wxDocs in the disk image too, in a form that the
viewer can be launched just by running a wxPython app.

8994c3c20c Run swig from the main setup.py when building the renamer's XML 
instead of from build_renamers.py.  This makes it easy to ensure that
the same flags are used.  Also, use the new swig flag to generate the
XML after the python language module has run, rather than instead of.
This gives us more info in the xml output.

Updated build_renamers.py to expect the xml file to already be
generated, and also allow it to run with a xml doc tree from libxml2
rather than the xml.sax module.  This makes the extraction of info
much cleaner and logical since we usually need info from child or
grandchild nodes.

8721cada6f Scripts to make a installer package in a disk image for wxPython and 
for Python too.  It's a strange mixture of sh, csh and perl, but it

4a61305d36 Added wxDllWidget from Vaclav Slavik which allows wx widgets derived 
from wxWindow to be loaded from a C++ .dll (or .so) and be used in a
wxPython program, without the widget having to be SWIGged first.

d56cebe7a4 Added ability to use xml resource files. Still need to add ability to 
subclass wxXmlResourceHandler, etc...

Added wxGridAutoEditMixin to the mixins library package.

Made ColourSelect be derived from wxButton.

Fixed a few bugs here and there, added some missing methods, etc.
