72db8a6265 Add basic support to use WinRT APIs.
Some Windows8+ APIs are only accessible via WinRT which is based on COM. However there are a few dependencies to get to the interfaces via functions defined in roapi.h. Using RoInitialize, RoUninitialize, etc. directly from it's windows headers adds dependencies to the WinRT dlls leaving the resulting exe unable to launch on earlier Windows versions. The wxWinRT functions wrap this with dynamic loading. Additionally wxWinRT::TempStringRef adds a convenient wrapper to HSTRING which is used extensively in WinRT APIs.

a580f0b994 Remove unnecessary wxUSE_MFC option.
This didn't do (almost) anything, so just remove it, using MFC and wxWidgets
together works just fine without it.

cde3018236 Don't define wxUSE_GRAPHICS_GDIPLUS as 1 by default.
Define it and wxUSE_GRAPHICS_DIRECT2D, when it's supposed to be enabled, as
wxUSE_GRAPHICS_CONTEXT instead. This ensures they are set to 0 if the use of
wxGraphicsContext is entirely disabled, as is the case when using MinGW under
MSW by default for example.

Closes #16558.

56d51c311a Fix wxUSE_GRAPHICS_DIRECT2D definition in setup.h files.
Define it in wx/msw/setup_inc.h and not in wx/msw/setup0.h itself to ensure
that it survives the regeneration of this file using build/update-setup-h.

Also only set wxUSE_GRAPHICS_DIRECT2D to 1 for VC10+ and not VC9 as the latter
lacks Direct2D header in its default SDK version.

Finally also update comments to explain the various settings more clearly and
remove outdated information (wxGraphicsContext is not experimental any more).

0d4ad161d5 Remove support for Win9x from wxMSW.
Most importantly, this allows us to remove all MSLU-related stuff.

Some functions which were previously loaded dynamically can now be just used
directly, too.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

569c7d8ccb Add wxTimePickerCtrl class.
Implement wxTimePickerCtrl natively for MSW and add a generic implementation
(very loosely based on the original class by Paul Breen) for the other
platforms.

Also update the calendar sample to show the new control.
