Vadim Zeitlin	c86f1403c3	globally renamed uint to size_t. This has _not_ been checked under Windows, although I changed msw files also, so please wait until this evening if you want to be sure that it compiles. Julian Smart	34138703c3	Changes mostly as a result of __WXSTUBS__ compilation. The stubs code now compiles under Windows with VC++.
