c57e33394c 1. added wxTE_AUTO_URL style and support for it under Win32 (and brief 
mention in docs and tests in the sample)
2. moved wxTextCtrl-specific stuff from defs.h/event.h to textctrl.h

2c8e47380e 1. wxShell fixes: now really uses shell (it wasn't different from wxExecute!) 
and also added a version which captures the programs output
2. fix for compilers which have void ftime() (my mingw does) in timercmn.cpp
3. updated console sample to test wxShell/wxExecute
4. treetest now can toggle images or change their size
5. wxTreeCtrl doesn't crash if it has no image list

c41ea66a5d 1. corrected bug in MDI sample (which resulted in missing horz scrollbar) 
2. wxRegKey::Rename() added, regtest sample shows copying/moving/renaming keys
   and values now
3. using wxLog() insread of WriteText() contorsions in the listctrl sample,
   show client data from events in the log messages

4aff28fc9b 1. exchanged binary ROPs wxSET/wxCLEAR meaning for wxMSW to match wxGTK 
2. bug with multiline messages in wxLogGui fixed
3. wxLogGui visual enhancements (for MSW, don't know how it looks elsewhere)
4. fixed 2 nice (i.e. BIG) memory leaks in wxImage::Rotate()
5. modified the text sample to show the mouse events too
6. documented strange behaviour of LEAVE_WINDOW mouse event under MSW

7ec2881ac5 Correction to position of rotated text.
