As SendEvent() not only sends the event about clicking on the link, but
also opens the link in the default browser if this event was not
processed (which wasn't really obvious from its name, so at least
mention it in its comment), the event is actually always handled and so
MSWOnNotify() must return true, not false (and definitely not 0) to
indicate it.
Closes#18266.
This basically removes the "adv" library, even though it's still
preserved for compatibility with user make/project files referring to
it.
It is done because the distinction between "adv" and "core" was never
really clear (e.g. why wxTreeCtrl was in core but wxTreeListCtrl in
adv?) and it prevented some core classes from using adv ones.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).
The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

At least in wxMSW the control must override HasTransparentBackground() to
return true if it really wants its background to be transparent, so do it in
wxHyperlinkCtrlBase to fix the background appearance when using the generic
implementation in wxMSW.

Use the "syslink" native control to implement wxHyperlinkCtrl under (recent
enough, i.e. XP or later) versions of Windows.

the widget like normal. Since the former implementation used
GetBestSize, which uses a DC, which on Mac calls window->GetSize, this
resulted in an infinite recursion.
Also use SetBestFittingSize in the ctor and move CacheBestSize to
DoGetBestSize where it belongs.
