replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too
...
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany

Added Prepend() and Remove() methods to wxSizer,

Corrected a stupid bug in it,
Freshed up wxPropertyXXX to make use of the icons
in the dialogs.
Made wxBmpButton inherit from wxButton. Grumble.
