Ron Lee
82a649b67c reverted the --inplace addition and instead documented the use of 
--prefix and --exec-prefix to do the same thing.  I can't think of
any way to do this right now with one flag without making some
assumption about the users working habits.

b1d4dd7add Split this out from other changes to keep things sane.. 
wxDeprecated KeyCode.
wxDeprecated old wxList compat methods.
Replaced a large number of them in the gtk build already, but there are
still plenty more so feel free to help nuke them as you find them.
s/^I/    / and s/TRUE/true/ etc. a couple of these too.
